The package "SEARCHING FOR WILD ASPARAGUS" was created with the aim of getting to know the guests with the tradition of picking asparagus in
our region and preparing meats using wild asparagus.
With short lectures, guests get acquainted with the healing and nutritional properties of asparagus.
By actively engaging in picking and preparing asparagus, we point to the gastronomic secrets of Istrian cuisine and to enjoy the asparagus as well as the
enjoyment of nature. Apart from the picking and preparing asparagus, they get acquainted with local sights and customs of the local population.
The program includes the tasting of the most famous Istrian wine varieties: Malvazija, Teran and Muškat, as well as grappas: Biska and Medica.
One day it is planned for a fish picnic with organized asparagus picking on a nearby island Cres.

ITINERER:
The arrangement can be realized in the duration of 3 to 5 days.
The 5-Day arrangement :
1st day arrival, accommodation in hotel
2nd day lecture on healing and nutritional properties of asparagus and visit to the old town of Labin;
3 th day picking asparagus and wine tasting;
4 th day fish picnic with asparagus picking in Valun ( Cres island)
5 th day breakfast and departure
The arrangement can be realized from March to May for groups of 2 to 50 persons.
The accomodations is available in hotels with three or four stars.
Transfer by vans or busses aranged by The Agency.
