Meet The exploitative activity of stone,coal, bauxite, shale, silica sand and other raw materials, which have played an important role in the architectual and urban plannig, as well as industrial image of Istrian penninsula.

Centuries of mining activities on the territory of Istria have contributed to the development of architecture, urbanism, landscaping, as well as development of the society as a whole – and this is exactly what you will experience.

Guided by an expert and true lover of the mining heritage, followed by the story of actual participants of that time and the flavors of tipically Istrian laborers, miners food, we will introduce you to the world of the hard life of miners, stone cutters and masons of that area. Knowing that Istria is not only a rock and coal, we take you to the islands of Brijuni to fall into the silence of centuries-old trees and feed your soul.

MAIN ATRACTIONS:
lgVisiting the National Museum of Labin and sightseeing of the minning exibition with 150 m long replica of the mine.
lgSightseeing of Raša and Labin with a focus on the industrial heritage
lgVisiting the National Park Brijuni and sightseeing of Pula
lgVisit to the quarry Vinkuran near Pula

ITINERER:
The basic activities program for a six day packkage includes:
Day 1: Arrival
Day 2: Sightseeing of the old and the new part of the city of Labin with included visit to the mimi-mine
Day 3:  Sightseeing of Krapan, Bršica and Raša
Day 4:Visiting the National Park Brijuni, quarry Vinkuran and city of Pula
Day 5: free time
Day 6: departure

The packages are available throughout the year for groups of two to 50 persons.
The accomodations is available in hotels with three or four stars.
